Dialed In’s Bullseye Beauty is now a two-time stakes winner after her tally in the $100,000 Holiday Inaugural S. Dec. 4 at Turfway Park.
The 3-year-old filly has won half of her eight lifetime starts, along with a pair of second-place finishes, and has earned $214,233 for owner/breeder Neil Jones. She is also undefeated in three starts over a synthetic surface, including a win in the Lady Erie S. at Presque Isle Downs in August.
With plenty of speed in front of her, Bullseye Beauty was about four lengths from the front after a quarter-mile in :21.94. Jockey Joe Talamo took her three-wide around the turn and was less than a length from the leader at the top of the stretch. Taking over soon after, Bullseye Beauty held off Aug Lutes to win by a neck in a rapid 1:09.19 for the six furlongs.
Bullseye Beauty is out of Figure of Beauty and is a half-sister to Vergara, winner of this year’s Tepin S.
Dialed In has been among the leading sires of his generation since entering stud in 2013. This year, he is a top-five sire of 3-year-olds with the likes of Arkansas Derby (G1) winner Super Stock and West Virginia Derby (G3) & Indiana Derby (G3) winner Mr. Wireless. Dialed In will stand the 2022 season at Darby Dan for $15,000 S&N.
