One of the last available sons of sire of sires Roberto, Repriced has established a reputation for moving up his mares.
A half-sister to the multiple graded stakes winner, Gray Cashmere, a daughter of Relaunch, Repriced has done well with Relaunch mares. This cross has provided him with graded stakes winner Capital Request and stakes winner Bricks and Ivy. Of course, this is a version of the very successful cross of Roberto line stallions over In Reality line mares, so it should pay to look for the In Reality line in general, with Valid Appeal being a particularly good general source.
Repriced is free of the Northern Dancer strain, and he is already sire of a stakes winner out of a mare by a son of Danzig. In general the Roberto/Northern Dancer cross has been an outstanding one, and other Northern Dancer strains which have worked particularly well are Nijinsky II, Lyphard, Nureyev, Storm Bird and Dixieland Band. Repriced also has a stakes winner out of a mare by Clever Trick, a son of Northern Dancer's close relative, Icecapade.
Repriced is also an outcross for Mr. Prospector line mares. Roberto is out of a mare bred on very similar lines to the dam of Mr. Prospector, and the Roberto/Mr. Prospector cross has been enjoying growing success. Among the sons of Mr. Prospector who have already produced stakes winners by Roberto line stallions are Woodman, Seeking the Gold, Miswaki, Kingmambo, Gulch, Forty Niner, Conquistador Cielo and Crafty Prospector. Repriced also has a stakes winner out of a mare descending from Raise a Native via Restless Native and Roberto is also good with Raise a Native via Alydar and Majestic Prince and his son Majestic Light.
Other strains to work with Repriced are Irish River, who is sire of the dam and the second dam of stakes winners by Repriced; Big Spruce and General Assembly (a son of Secretariat). Secretariat replicates the Nasrullah/Princequillo cross which is found in Repriced's maternal grandsire, Quack, and that strain looks particularly worth reinforcing.
