Mr. Fipke, owner of Perfect Soul and GI Wood winner Tale of Ekati, had another outstanding weekend when Not Bourbon held off a late charge to win the prestigious Queen's Plate at Woodbine yesterday.  Not Bourbon is by Not Impossible - a full brother to Perfect Soul out of the millionaire mare Bourbon Belle.  If an unraced full brother to Perfect Soul can produce the likes of Not Bourbon, just imagine the possibilities for Perfect Soul!
