All eyes were on a colt by Perfect Soul out of Copper Belle as it sold for $230,000 at the OBS 2 yr old sale.  Consigned by Kip Elser's Kirkwood stable for Bob Baker and partners, the colt breezed 1/8 mile in :10.  The colt was purchased by Jess Jackson's Stonestreet Stables.

The colt was a yearling - 2 yr old pinhook, originally consigned by Darby Dan Sales Agency at the 2008 Keeneland September sale.  He was the highest priced yearling for Perfect Soul in 2008, selling for $40,000.
