Charles Fipke’s homebred Seeking the Title rallies strongly to run third, less than ¾ of a length behind the winner, in the $300,000 Fair Grounds Oaks (G2). Making just her thid career start, the daughter of Seeking the Gold – Title Seeker, by Monarchos rallied willingly in the field of 11, to earn her first blacktype performance.

Seeking the Title broke her maiden in a monster effort Feb. 28th at the Fair Grounds, taking command in mid stretch and drawing off to win a maiden special weight by 6 ½ lengths. Seeking the Title was foaled and raised for Mr. Fipke at Darby Dan Farm.
