Freshman sire Dialed In got his first stakes winner on Friday when the filly Ruffenuff, in her racing debut, cruised to a 6 3/4-length score in the $50,000 Princess Margaret S. at Northlands Park.

The winner, trained by Greg Tracy for Curtis Landry and Red Diamond Stable, was in control throughout the six furlong contest, setting all the fractions and winning under a hand ride.

Ruffenuff is the second foal out of the Forestry mare Augusta Queen, whose two siblings are five-time stakes winner Magic D' Oro and the stakes winner La Grange.

Dialed In now has three winners from his first crop, with prior maiden special weight winners coming at Churchill Downs and Santa Anita Park. After being bred to 352 mares in the previous three seasons, Dialed In stood in 2016 for $7,500 live foal, stands and nurses.
