Online Request and Granian both scored victories on Wednesday, upping Jersey Town’s winners total to 18 for the year.

Online Request, a 3-year-old filly, won her third straight start on the dirt with a convincing 4 ½-length victory at Del Mar. The chestnut distaffer is trained by Mark Glatt for Rodney Orr. She is the first foal out of I’lltakeit, who is a half-sister to Grade 1 winner Military.

Granian, a 2-year-old colt, was making his debut at six furlongs at Woodbine. The gray or roan juvenile also won handily, scoring by 2 ¼-lengths for Horse’n Around Stable, Paul Haddad and Martha Gonzalez.

Bred by Charles Fipke, Granian is from the same family as Fipke’s champion Grade 1 winner and Darby Dan stallion Perfect Soul (IRE).
