Phone Chick's impressive final furlong carried the Dialed In filly to a 1 1/2-length victory in Keeneland's nightcap maiden special weight race on Friday.  Named a TDN Rising Star, the first for the Darby Dan freshman sire, following the race, the dark bay filly covered the six furlongs in 1:12.72 (VIDEO).

Bred by Alan Kline and American Equistock, Inc., Phone Chick is out of Dixie Sheikh, a sister to Kentucky Cup Juvenile (G3) winner Laydown.

The winner sold for $125,000 at the Fasig-Tipton Midlantic 2-year-old Sale this May.
