First-time starter Truge re-rallied after being headed at the top of the Gulfstream Park West stretch to break her maiden by 2 1/4-lengths on Oct. 26. The 2-year-old filly is the 14th winner for Dialed In, whose first crop of runners continue to strike at a 50% win rate.

The Darby Dan stallion ranks in the top three on the Freshman Sire list in several categories, including winners black type horses, and earnings.

Truge had the lead most of the way in the 5 1/2-furlong main track affair, briefly falling behind Cubagua at the quarter pole before reasserting herself to get the distance in 1:04.96, less than a second off the track record.

Truge is a half-sister to Del Mar H. (G2) winner Celtic New Year and is out of Reggae Queen, who is a half-sister to $2 million earner and Eclipse Champion Turf Female Perfect Sting.
