Grade 1 millionaire Perfect Soul picked up another winner - his 14th winner of the season - when his 3-year-old filly Sportley rallied gamely to get up at the wire against a full field of 11 at Woodbine Racecourse on August 19th.

Bred in Ontario by Charles Fipke from the Kris S. mare Moon Gem, Sportley won the 6 1/2-furlong maiden race over the local Polytrack for trainer Catherine Day Phillips and owner Kingfield Racing Stable, Ltd.
