On the Go turned on the turbo jets, and powered to a 10-length victory in a $38,000 allowance at Delaware Park on August 8th.
Breaking alertly in the 5 1/2-furlong event over the main dirt track, On the Go vied for the lead through :21.75 and :45.40 fractions, then shook loose when asked, and bounded home for the facile score. The chart noted he was "clearly best."
The Kentucky-bred son of Run Away and Hide was winning for the second time in three starts, following his eight-length maiden victory over the same surface.
Bred by Labhras Draper, On the Go is now trained by Tim Ritchey for MGRT Ventures, and was ridden to victory by Javier Santiago.
Run Away and Hide is America's #4 Freshman Sire, with four winners and progeny earnings of $198,974.
